Bring your original PCM up to date

The HWA20 Wireless Interface replaces the GSM modem on the back of the Porsche PCM and adds Bluetooth hands-free calling and music streaming – installed yourself in about 30 minutes, without modifying the car.

What you get after installation

Does it fit my car?

Porsche 996 (911) and 986 (Boxster), model years 1997–2003, PCM part numbers 996.642.104.x and 996.642.144.x.
Check the software version: press "AC" and "dark" at the same time. With V5.xx you need the HWA20, with V3.xx the HWA1.

Installation in 3 steps

1. Remove the PCM – open the centre console and pull out the PCM
2. Swap the module – replace the GSM modem on the back with the HWA20
3. Route the antenna – run the supplied 1m antenna cable through the centre console, done
